How Does an Air Fryer Work?

Frying is a cooking method that uses oil. Therefore, the air fryer does not fry your food. It uses the convection effect that changes your cooking ingredient to have brown, dry, and crispy results like when you fry it in oil.

Inside an air fryer, you can find a fan. This fan will blow the hot air into the ingredient that you put in the air fryer. And, it produces high pressure that lets the heat sip into the ingredients. However, to produce the frying result, the temperature inside the air fryer must be more than 320 F. 

That is the reason why air fryers can fry ingredients healthier. It doesn't use oil that can turn into trans-fat that is not good for your heart. Therefore, if you want to enjoy fried meals healthier, you can always get and use an air fryer.
