Understanding the Difference: Augmented vs Virtual Reality

Augmented vs Virtual Reality

Augmented vs Virtual Reality
Perhaps, one of the most common confusion surrounding Augmented Reality is how majority of people still cannot differ its difference from Virtual Reality – its counterpart that has been around for longer. If you are one of those people, you are in luck because we are bringing you the easiest way to determine which is which.
Let’s start with Virtual Reality, this invention has been around for much longer. Essentially, it is an artificial simulation that is generated by computer to recreate a real situation or life environment. It works by simultaneously immersing users and stimulating both their hearing and vision by making them feel as if they are actually experiencing the simulation firsthand. Now that we have had it cleared, let’s move onto the next one. Augmented Reality has positively thrilled every key player in the tech industry such as Tim Cook and Bill Gates, but what is it?
Augmented vs Virtual Reality
As it turns out, Augmented Reality is a new technology that serves as a computer-generated layers that work to enhance the existing reality – making it every bit more meaningful as it give users the ability to interact. In short, Virtual Reality works by providing the exact digital recreation whereas the Augmented Reality delivers layers of virtual elements to enhance the real world.

Having a child is expensive. We all know that there is the basic living expenses, and then there is education expenses among other things. Even when they are still a baby, their formula alone can make quite a dent in your pocket. But if there is one type of expenses that surprise many parents, it must be their clothing.

hanks to their rapid growth spurt, children always manage to grow out of their clothes very quickly and parents in the United Kingdom spend more than $2,000 on clothing before their children even turn three years old. Thankfully for us, we are living in a world where technology is always ready to lend a hand.

Clothes grow with the childs

Ryan Yasin from Petit Pli, a British engineer turns investor, singlehandedly ended our misery with his invention and won the prestigious James Dyson award. He is aware of the issue that many parents face and created a garment that is waterproof, washproof and even crumb-proof!

But what makes this garment, and by extension the child clothes, special is the fact that it grows with your children as it is able to stretch as much as 6 times its original size. This means the clothes may fit children from the age of 6 months to 36 months. The prototype is due for large-scale production in the near future.
