It’s the same as hosting that the file is saved and the hosting must have the data centers to save the file. There is also the capacity for each user to use cloud storage. You need to pay for premium or unlimited storage, but many websites offer 15GB for free. Cloud storage can be used anytime and anywhere. The file can be accessed at any device that has a cloud account. Cloud storage also can recover the data, so don’t worry about file lost. It also requires an internet connection.
How to Use Cloud Storage?

You need to create an account for Cloud storage. It is the same when you want to create other accounts, you can create a unique username or hard passwords in order not to be hacked easily. Upload the file. You can put the permission (Public/Private) so the other can access the file that needs to be shared. Cloud storage is also able to save big files that the physical can’t.
