MWC 2019 is a precious event where mobile phone manufacturers are gathered to show their latest technology. One of the members of MWC 2019 is Xiaomi and this brand is introducing their latest product namely Xiaomi Mi 9. Xiaomi is introducing a prototype device and the test lab device. Let’s take a look at those two devices.
Xiaomi Mi 9 Prototype Device
In the MWC 2019, Xiaomi is introducing a prototype of Xiaomi Mi 9. From this prototype, people know the gadget is going to be. Let say, the prototype show that Xiaomi Mi 9 is about to be supported by a dual rear camera in which there are two cameras along with a LED flash. Moreover, it seems that this smartphone will be secured by a fingerprint sensor and it is installed in the center of the gadget. There is also a possibility that the smartphone is using a glass rear panel in which it is not a new thing because most of the previous Xiaomi flagships are using the same panel.
Xiaomi Mi 9 Test Lab
There is an interesting fact about the Xiaomi Mi 9 test lab device in which you can’t see the fingerprint sensor on it. This design assumes that the fingerprint sensor in Xiaomi Mi 9 is not a final decision yet. There is a possibility that the manufacturer will use an in-display fingerprint scanner or a 3D facial recognition system. Overall, the design and features are the same including the volume and power buttons.
What to be Expected from Xiaomi Mi 9
Despite the uncertainty about whether Xiaomi Mi 9 is using a fingerprint sensor or 3D facial recognition system for the security system, people are expecting some more from this smartphone. For example, due to the features, people expected that the smartphone is using a Snapdragon 855 chipset. Even, they are expected that Xiaomi Mi 9 is using the latest connectivity system. 5G. In the design, it seems that the manufacturer is able to use a new one or using a similar design just like the Mi Mix 3. By combining those elements, it is expected that Xiaomi Mi 9 can compete against OnePlus 6T. There is no clear information yet about the price of this latest smartphone but it seems that the price will be competitive with the other similar smartphones in its class. There is a rumor that this smartphone will be launched in April but we just need to wait and see. Now, we can only curious and analyze Xiaomi Mi 9 from its prototype device.
